Very knowledgeable in finances, contracts and legals. They are also well connected with outside contractors no matter what the projects might be. MCRS has been very helpful in helping me to move in. Reba especially went above and beyond trying to help me find the best solution for accommodation in the area.

Kim and Sandy are a joy to work with. They are experts in their field, and offer well-rounded professional advice and support drawn from their years of experience. They've given me a solid foundation I can trust for understanding the Landlord/Tenant relationship. You can also tell they really care and want to provide the best service possible to their clients. They are available and responsive when needed and provide a lot of value for their services. I'm so glad I found them.
