Very knowledgeable in finances, contracts and legals. They are also well connected with outside contractors no matter what the projects might be. I have had nothing but timely responses and great communication from Granite Vista. Anytime I have needed something they have been extremely diligent. I would rent from them again any day.

The new management has done a great job improving the property. They're quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and have solved several issues that had been ongoing. I'm happy with the service they've provided.
