My daughter recently completed a real estate purchase in Barrie, using the legal services of Lisa Roszell of Barriston Law—I accompanied her to meetings with Ms Roszell and was included in correspondence with her Real Estate Clerk Leanne Sporle. Ms Roszell and Ms Sporle helped my daughter complete the deal on time, after drafting the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and having to deal with a difficult lender, and at all times showed not only exceptionally high professional skill in doing so but lovely personal respect to a new buyer.
