“Genesis Place is a locally owned and operated recreation centre. The centre features a six-lane, 25-meter pool, a dive tank, a water slide, an aquatic climbing wall, a hot tub, a leisure pool with spray toys, a lazy river, a tot pool, and a steam room. The centre has a 14,000 sq. ft. fitness area offering 30-plus drop-in fitness classes weekly, a 200-meter indoor running track, 100-plus pieces of cardio and strength-training equipment, two weight-training Olympic platforms with bumper weights, and 20 spin bikes. The centre offers free weights stations as well as machines. Genesis Place provides various opportunities for individuals of all fitness levels to lead active and fulfilling lives.

GENESIS PLACE REVIEWS

The Genesis Place swimming pool is a fantastic facility that my kids and I enjoy visiting. We always check online beforehand to ensure that the slide and lazy river are open, as their schedules are separate from the public swim times. Both of my boys have taken swim lessons at Genesis Place, and we appreciate the warmer pool temperature that allows us to jump right in without having to gradually adjust to the cold. Overall, it's a great place for families to have a fun and enjoyable swimming experience. If you just go to Genesis Place for the pool, I recommend the 10 visit scan card. You get a great discount that can be used over time, where the monthly pass would require visiting 5-6 time a month to break even.

My first swimming experience was superb. Staffs were friendly, welcoming, and competent. I just came here two weeks ago from Ontario for work, and I love it here in Calgary. I will keep coming back to Airdrie Genesis for lots of fun swimming, playing ballgames, skating, and others. Monthly pass to this facility is very reasonable. I highly recommend Genesis Airdrie.

I love this place. There is a hot tub and a lazy river. i also like the diving board, and the water slide is fun, and the pool is amazing. There are life jackets of different sizes. there is a smaller poole for littke kids and a tot pool for toddlers and some babies. the change rooms have showers and there is a climbing wall for jumping in.

RIVAL AXE THROWING REVIEWS

My husband and I recently visited this axe throwing venue for a date night, and we had an amazing time! The ladies running the place were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we felt comfortable and had fun. The atmosphere was fantastic with great music and a cozy vibe. The snacks and drinks were perfect for a relaxed evening. This spot is ideal for a date night with your significant other or a fun girls’ night out. Highly recommend!

Recently attended Rival for our team building event and we had an amazing time, rival has a beautiful space with multiple seating areas, games and a large beautiful patio! We were so impressed with all they had to offer in their space and will definitely be back! The staff were great and super attentive!

We LOVED our session at Rival. We had never done axe throwing before. The six of us were coached well and had so much fun! We also played corn hole, darts and some of the video games. The team there was helpful and really friendly. We would come back again!
