LM Building Design

As a preamble I’ll say I’m not easy to deal with. I’m picky… obsessive… and I often change my mind. That being said Luis and his team were very easy to work with and understood my inexperience in designing a home even though I wanted to be involved in every detail. Luis gently guided me in the right direction as I fought back thinking I was right….then I eventually came around. His patience was greatly appreciated. Several times I received renders, drawings and emails at 4 in the morning. To his surprise I was up too. His dedication to making deadlines has probably resulted in many sleepless nights for Luis. He has a very strong work ethic. After the completion of the initial drawings and completed permit applications Luis had continues to work with me, educate me, share details and help source materials and trades people. I’ve learned a lot in the last 18 months working with Luis. If I had to do it all over again I’d let him run the ship and I would sit back and relax and let him create. He has a true talent for this. The house is now more than 50 per cent complete and is already epic. I look forward to having Luis over for a cocktail when it’s done. It’s been quite the amazing journey. Would strongly recommend him for designing your dream home.

It has been great working with Luis. He really is passionate about his projects and likes to be a part of the process. Along the way, he has been very helpful and replies promptly to any questions or concerns I have. His interior and exterior renders are amazing and have been very helpful in all design decisions. I will definitely be using Luis to design my next project.

If you want it done probably Luis is your man. He has been absolutely present with every aspect of our newly built home. The comments from the builder and all trades that I talked to said that the detail Luis provided were fantastic and left no question as to how it was supposed to be done. I would recommend Luis to anyone. Absolutely please in every way.
