Had security system installed 3 days ago.Brent the technician very friendly, and knowledgeable . He gave a good demonstration on how to use the system. Answered all questions we asked. I highly recommend Blue Shield for home security, Mr Dean Hickey is prompt with e mails , and answering phone calls.
