The Antler Steakhouse

We are staying at the Deerhurst Resort and ate here last night and had a fantastic experience. Our server, Nick, was very friendly and attentive. He had the perfect balance of checking on us and giving us time to ourselves. We ordered the dinner rolls and scones to start and they were delicious.We ordered the bone in beef short rib with a lobster tail added on and a steak with a side of fries. The meal was absolutely incredible. I've never had such a delicious short rib and the lobster tail could have made me cry it was so good. For dessert, we shared the ice cream tasting. Our favourite was the blackberry earl grey to the point that we are going to the local ice cream shop to get a scoop of it tomorrow! Overall, this restaurant was awesome from the service to the food to the ambiance. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic little restaurant. The food was imaginative, visually appealing and delicious. The menu is modest, which was appropriate for the level of detail in creating the dishes. We tried nearly everything - perhaps excessive - but truly enjoyable. Service was lovely and friendly and prompt. There was a live musician covering popular mellow songs and it felt spacious. Nicely done, Deerhurst. Thanks chef and staff.

My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary with dinner at the Antler. We had a wonderful evening. Everything was perfect. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Special thanks to our waiter Allen who provided us with top notch service.
