What an amazing experience, I had the pleasure to deal with Crystal and Bonnie. I was greeted before the door was fully open and they explain everything so clearly. They were so friendly I didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much Update.. the security cleanliness and assistance throughout our stay has been as amazing as when we first rented. Usually you rent at storages they take your money and forget about you. NOT HERE! You get the same treatment no matter what and that’s not found easily. I am extremely happy and would refer anyone I know. I look forward to continue to be a customer here.

Pleasant staff, clean place, overall a great experience for the short time I used it....no gimmicks...the promotion said 3 weeks free, I found somewhere before the three weeks I thought I would have to pay something...but true to their word, I did not pay anything. Thank you.

Awesome service by Latha and her manager Priya. They were co-operative in informing the offers and providing units which is suitable for our requirement. Informed early with the offers and helped us out by picking the right unit. She told us about the promotions and helped from the start to the end.Absolutely recommend to my friend and my family who are residing in Brampton.

I have stored my belongings multiple times, they provides good rates and employees are really professional also. Latha was really cooperative and helpful. I Really recommend everybody if looking for storage.

Simran paid close attention to my worries and gave me perceptive answers that were exactly what I needed. Throughout our chat, she made me feel appreciated and valued because of her extraordinary compassion and understanding. Her commitment to making sure I was satisfied went above and above, establishing an uncommonly high bar for customer service. Not only was my problem fixed when I left the conversation, but I also felt really grateful for the kind of wonderful customer experience Simran provided.

Maninder is such an amazing person. She always wants to help and make sure you are making the right decision on the storage unit you are renting. Before purchasing she makes sure you see the unit and gives you tips on how you can store your items properly so it can all fit. Definitely will go back because of her.

Well, A big thanks to Simran from the 8, brewster facility. She helped me out a lot with finding the correct storage for me and it was an excellent customer support that I had.
