Restaurant fusion asiatique Inc

We were staying in Grand Mere for the Defi du Parc at L Mauricie and it was close to our hotel. We arrived at 7 on a Saturday night and the place was busy. They take reservations we later learned. Anyway we were seated at a comfortable table - with lounge chairs. The menu is a mix of Sushi and some Cantonese American Favourites. From the Wonton soup to the Nutella, banana, maple sushi, not a bite was bad. We ordered a pinnacle chicken and it was good. No goopy red sauce but rather a fresh pineapple sauce and tasty fried chicken pieces. We ordered several different things off the sushi menu and they were all tasty and light. Not an over abundance of mayonnaise on every piece, which is good. The fish tasted good. Oh, the wonton soup was delicious. A both with a bit of sweetness and lots of fresh coriander. And the dumplings were delicious. And it’s being your own wine/beer and there is a Dep across the street.

La nourriture est super, les prix sont vraiment bons, mais l'attente était très longue lorsque nous y sommes allées un samedi soir, malgré notre réservation. Je vous conseille d'y aller en semaine ou prendre votre commande pour emporter la fin de semaine !

Ma première visite pour le repas du midi, service très courtois, assiettes bien présentées, quantité très satisfaisante. La nourriture est vraiment bonne et de température idéale. J’ai adoré ma première expérience. A refaire sans contredit. AAA+++
