I got my taxes filed for the first time and Ranya was super helpful. She spoke so softly and explained every aspect as she did it. She was really good and I will always use H&R block Main Street cos of her. My partner also said she filed his taxes and had all good things to say about her. As an International student and a first timer, having someone who understands it and takes their time to explain it to you and not act like you’re bothering them is a big deal for me. She’s really kind and I’m happy to have met her.

Staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful! One previous empolyer gave me my T4 but did not give it to the CRA. This resulted in my return from that year getting reassessed and me appearing to owe money (because when filed digitally T4's from the employee are not included only those the employer provides to the CRA). Luckily for me the amount I appeared to be owing was less than my return this year. Jeff took what I was "owing" off my return this year to pay the CRA so I no longer appear indebt to them. Then Jeff mailed the T4 to the CRA for me so now I will get the money I overpaid back direct deposited into my bank account. Jeff was sure to explain things in a way that made sense to me. Excellent service! Great office.

We have been with Grant for about a decade. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very good at deciding the best way to apply our tax documents between me, my husband and my business. I've tried others in the past and our return didn't even compare to what he is able to do for us. Recently, we were approved for the disability tax credit going back 7 years. We were going to have to wait about 2 months or more for the government to adjust our previous taxes to reflect this, but without being asked, Grant instantly readjusted our taxes and didn't even charge us for the extra work. He is always happy to discuss ways to improve our finances and share his knowledge. We are very happy with his services and will continue to be a dedicated customer for years to come.
