H&R Block Chilliwack

This year I filed remotely. The agent that filed my Taxes was very helpful. I was able to change my file to an instant return and come right to the office. The staff at the location were informative and engaging and explained well all the fees for filing and for my return. I will file my taxes at the Young rd location again next year.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It's been a good and calm experience every year. No matter how busy they are, they always take the time and ensure everything is accurate and they take all the stress and worry out of "tax time" and feelings of being overwhelmed and they quickly put you at ease. They handle everything....and....if you choose the "instant cash back" option...within a few hours you receive a phone call from a happy H&R block employee telling you that your taxes are done and your money is ready for you to pick up:-) I highly recommend H&R Block ☆☆☆☆☆ :-D

The last two years I've had my taxes done at this location and it was a great experience both times; fast service, knowledgable staff that explains everything in a way I understand, and I was super happy with the return they got me! Would recommend to anyone.
