He is easy to communicate with, does a thorough job on tasks and has been so helpful since transferring my hosting & maintenance providers to Grizzly Media. Brendan was particularly helpful during this transition process and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. He guided me through all the steps, even if it wasn't a service to provided, and just generally made the process relaxing and simple. Which was far from the previous company I was working with! I would recommend their services to anyone.
