I knew that my very significant excess weight was taking a toll (pun intended) on my daily exercise routine and lifestyle. However, after the first week of following the diet, I realized that my weight problem was also making me depressed. I lost 6 pounds in the first week and transformed into an equally happy person over the next six weeks, losing almost 20 pounds. I exercise every other day. Not only am I following the diet, but also cooking healthy foods like stir-fried vegetables which I didn't do before. My initial objective is phase 1, almost there! My trainer is patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. She has plenty of time to answer my many questions, even over the phone between weekly sessions.

Very nice massage experience yesterday with Marie-Claude. In addition to being smiling and friendly, she is professional and attentive (request for music, essential oils, pressure, etc.). I highly recommend. The place is good too, the rooms are clean and noise-free.

Super attentive and personalized service! I feel so much better after my massage. Thank you all the team, I will return without hesitation and I highly recommend it
