Pour moi Ideal Gym m'a redonné l'estime de moi que j'avais perdu.J'ai commencé par l'entraînement qui me fût profitable ,a cause de la fibromyalgie.Ensuite pour être encore mieux dans ma peau j'ai suivi le protocole de perte de poids.Avec l'entrainement et le protocole j'ai perdu 40 livres.À 67 ans je voulais vieillir en forme et c'est ce que Ideal Gym m'a donné. Lynn et son équipe extraordinaire sont là pour nous aider à réaliser notre objectif dans la joie ,n'est-ce pas merveilleux de s'entraîner dans le plaisir tout en étant sérieux.Pour réaliser tes objectifs c'est le meilleur centre,parole d'une personne plus que satisfaite.
