Weight Watchers

I've been the weight watchers program for eight months now, and even though it's not the first time I've entered the program, I'm determined to be the last one! I've changed my way of thinking and I'm not targeting short-term goals. It's rather real changes in my lifestyle that made all the difference. I will be eternally grateful to weight watchers for providing me with the tools to regain control and eat freely. I lost more than 76 lb, but I won a lot of things.

I have kept running three days a week, and we have entered a second race that will take place in a few weeks. Sometimes I still have difficulty believing I run 15 miles a week, while only eight months ago I couldn't even run in my stairs! I set a goal, and I'm making a step at a time! It's amazing how a few small steps accumulate to give great results.
