We just replaced windows and sliding doors from originals in our 1979 home. From the first meeting with Martin, with Lee on the measurement meeting, fine tuning the products, sizes and the financing and through the 4 days of the job, we were very impressed with the informative, competent, friendly, businesslike manner of all involved. Martin had great suggestions re sizing and alternatives that kept a few prices down, but looked fabulous. Lee and his crew were a delight to work with and around, despite the extremely hot weather that week. We had to slow them down with cold drinks as they worked. They found a few challenges that they had to work around and we feel, would not have been as successful with a less experienced construction team. They had a new crew fellow on his first day, and we were also impressed, quietly watching how they treated and carefully explained while training him. All in all, the windows are fabulous, the workmanship and quality is evident and we are so happy we chose Van Isle. Thanks to all.

Every aspect from design to installation was excellent. The crew dismantled and installed the new windows in record time, cleaned the windows and any mess they had made. They were informative, courteous and efficient. The before-and-after was astonishing. The whole house feels new and fresh. I'm thrilled that I'm going to be cooler in summer and warmer in the window. Triple panes are the way to go. It's a huge relief.

While we have purchased a couple of windows that we installed ourselves, this is the first time we've had Van Isle do the installation as well. We could not be more delighted. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was great, communication was excellent, and the finished product looks amazing.
