Starbucks

We were out with our dog and decided to have a treat. Now, normally, we don't get Starbucks, so we pulled in and waited in the drive thru. Our customer service agent, berista, was very helpful as we really didn't know what to order. When we got to the window, we were given a "pup cup" for our dog. He loved it. Nice job, folks.

Had a great visit to Starbucks Welland tonight! Galaxy and Jen were very friendly and helped recommend drinks for us. Our drinks were all made correct and quickly, and the dining room was clean and well organized. Overall a good time.

Huge thanks to Nathan at this location! I had an issue with a gift card I'd received as a gift for Christmas that wasn't working and he was kind and helpful in a situation that would've been otherwise embarrassing. The location itself is busy, but that's nobody's fault. Behind the counter they work quickly and you can see them communicate with the team to manage their time best and help handle the line. Staff call your name out as they're making your drink to let you know where they're at. Thanks Starbucks team :).
