My wife and I moved into WestWalk in late June and we have been thoroughly impressed. The building is beautifully designed with excellent attention to detail, and the overall quality is evident throughout. The on-site staff have been responsive and professional, and everyone we’ve met—both tenants and staff—has been welcoming, which made our transition seamless. As is expected with a brand-new building, there were a few minor issues upon moving in, but property management addressed them promptly and with care. We can truly see ourselves living here for many years to come. For anyone seeking a state-of-the-art residence in a prime West Island location, WestWalk is an excellent choice.

Our experience is really positive and satisfying. We moved in exactly a month ago and we are very happy with our apartment and the building overall. We didn’t see the unit itself before we signed the lease but it was exactly as described. Maude was very helpful and assisted us in deciding which unit to go for. Everything went smooth and fine. We have an awesome view from our balcony, which I look up to everyday during sunset. Really excited for the swimming pool and gym to open.

My first place, and honestly, I've had nothing but positive experiences so far. Great value, excellent service, and low rents for what we’re getting—it’s fantastic. Alicia, Laurence, and Nikolai are just a few of the amazing team members here. You can tell they genuinely care about the tenants. I highly recommend it!

Am absolutely happy living in this building. It's well quiet and clean. Everytime I had an issue whether it was with my cabinets, plumbing anything to do with the fridge and stove as soon as I reported it, someone came straight after. I definitely recommend you living in this building.

This was my first apartment and honestly the best one! I was very lucky to find a place that met all my needs. Great neighbours and a good building manager. Always felt safe here, never any issues.

Being at Hazelview had made my life so much easier and especially thanks to Mr.Claude and his team which has always accommodated my family.

I was invited to work with Manoir Dollard by Christine and Tristan. I have to say im so happy to work for them as they show care for the appartements looks and finish. They are very helpful and always have listened to us. Im must say Christine is a wonderful young lady who is passionate and that she really takes care of the building.. With the rating of 4.1 you cant go wrong !!! To any renters looking for a appartement I suggest you meet with them. I speak to Tristan who is the maintenance manager and I tell you he is always there to help the tenants.I can feel it when he talks. He is always motivated. I really suggest renters to visit and all above all your in beautiful setting of West Island.!!

This building is a solid construction with cement floors and brick walls . This building is sound proof and there is a swimming pool the rent prices are very competitive for the west island

The apartment property is a Beautiful place.
