My LaCité apartment was above and beyond what I expected. First of all the location is great; it's near bus stops, walking distant to two different subway lines and walkable to Mont Royal and McGill university. The location above an underground mall was super convenient any time I needed groceries, supplies, to mail something or wanted to see a movie. And the included gym membership was a much used and favorite amenity. Inside the apartment was spacious, with good kitchen equipment and utilities. The king size bed was a nice treat and the view of the city was always a pleasure to see daily. Plus the communication with LaCité both online and in reception was always immediate and attentive. In sum, I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it highly to others.

Lived here during some of undergrad and had a great experience. It is connected to an underground mall which is really convenient especially during the winter when it is -30 degrees outside. The front desk has 24/7 security and they are all super nice. Also, there is a super cute dog named Scruffy (I moved out of Montreal after I graduated in 2023, it is 2024 now so not sure if he still lives there). I also actually worked as a contractor one summer for Oxford Properties who manages the building and got to see pretty much all of the different apartment options/layouts in person which was super cool!

Love living at La Cité! Samuel, one of the leasing agent, has been so attentive to what I wanted and gerenous with his time, and he supported me throughout every step leading to my move in day (and even after). The location is great, close to everything.

When I was in search of a good apartment with needed amenities for my family had reached Léanne in Alexander apartment 2. She was very kind and very informative. A nice apartment tour was given with all details and she was so quick and fast. I was looking for an apartment to bring in my mother and wanted to move in by June. Since the travel is getting delayed I will have to move in December but, wanted to share my experience that Alexander building is very good and the staff was so good and kind enough to give all details.

I moved in 5 months ago and can’t be more satisfied with all this building offers! Breathtaking views, very responsive admin staff and quiet building. Highly recommended!

The lease manager, Laurie Bourgon showed me the units I was interested in and explained very kindly in details.

I recently stayed at 2121 rue St. Mathieu in Montreal and had a wonderful experience; the apartment was modern, stylish, and well-maintained, and the building's location in the heart of downtown Montreal is perfect for young professionals.

Got shown the building by Jennifer Muir, and she did a great job explaining and showing everything off. The building's clean, the apartments are nice, and the revamped study room looks good. Really appreciate the tour.

The custodian (Alessandra) is amazing; she works incredibly hard keeping the common areas spotless and always has a smile and a nice word to say. If I were an employer, I would recruit her away for my own company.
