Lived at Novare for a year as a gap year before buying my own place and what an incredible little gem it is. Would highly recommend a unit facing towards Fraser River as the views are just breathtaking, able to see all the bridges and a majority of downtown New West! Units are well sized for modern building standards and everything is very clean and well thought-out and organized! The one thing that blew me away the most about this place is the staff. They are simply the best! Incredibly friendly and easy going and always have a smile on their face and are willing to help out with any problem or concern you might have. Truly feels like a little family here. If your looking for a unit with breathtaking views, walking distance to everything and anything and probably one of the best managed buildings in the lower mainland then look no further than Novare.

Recently moved out but lived at Novare for over a year. I had a great experience renting here and would highly recommend it. Loved the views from my West facing studio. Building is well kept, nice rooftop lounge area, and gym too. As for management, Gina, Bev, Gwen and the whole management/maintenance team are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were always available to help and responded to any maintenance requests quickly. Thank you so much for everything! You guys are the best!

Stayed at Novare for over 4 years. Location is great. Not far from everything you need. All staff members over the years were respectful and helpful when needed. Building is kept clean and management has been great. Would recommend.

AGNES LIVING REVIEWS

Moved into the Apartment in April this year. It's a nice quiet and decent location away from the sirens and traffic. The apartment was clean and new. The kitchen has nice spacious cabinets and space has been well utilised. There is an en suite laundry is very convenient. Management is very helpful and respond to calls with immediate effect.

Awesome Customer Service! I want to appreciate the awesome customer service I received from the manager JK. He was very kind in responding to my questions, and demands. I highly recommend this apartment, and I appreciate their professional customer service.

Awesome Suites, Must Recommended, I Have Lived Here for Almost 2 Years and With My Experience I Have Found that All the Managers and Tenants Are Awesome.

Mohamad and Jasmine Have Been a Great Help in The Last Month Since Moving Into My Apartment. There Were a Few Very Minor Snags During Move in That They Helped Resolve Right Away, and Have Been Very Responsive to All Questions or Concerns. Would Absolutely Recommend.

It was a very pleasant experience to meet jasmine she has been very helpful on everything, every single detail she really help us, that's the 5 stars for I have no complains perfect service, thank you so much again jasmin you're the best.

Immediate response to request of tenants like repairing and maintenance if needed. Great support and helpful. Respectful in manner!!
