Thank you everyone that has written a review we try our best to have a happy and secure building after all we live here too. Ninette Rice you might want to get your facts right we don't take cash at this build I will admit they did 9 years ago, but not since I have been here which is 8 years now ... so if that is when you lived here back then bring the proof you were ripped off and we will figure it out .. Jess Kendell you never lived in this building or you would have know that all parking is assigned and paid for.

Fair rent and nice building. Close to downtown, St.Clair river and bus routes. Great place for semi downtown living without the downtown price.

Location is excellent, Supers did a fine job and are no nonsense, building is clean and secure Would call it home again if needed.

My experience here at 835 Devine street has been a very pleasurable one. I've lived here for 4 years now and am very pleased with the maintenance staff as well as Lori Jones, who runs the front office. She does her job extremely well and is very professional with the tenants. If I have any questions/concerns or am in need of a minor apartment repair she takes note of it immediately and the maintenance staff is quick to respond. The atmosphere within the complex itself is quiet and inviting so because of this, and the competency of the CLV GROUP staff, I've recommended to friends, family and clients of mine that if they are looking for an apartment they should definitely come here.

I have lived with CLV before. Anytime I had any problem it was solved right away. Lori Jones is a super nice person, who is willing to make your experience great! Lori has helped me find another great apartment on Devine. The apartment building is clean, the apartment is spacious for me and my son. I feel safe and comfortable here, which is a big thing for a single mom. If it wasn't for Lori's help I would still be living with my parents. I want to say thank you to Lori for everything, she does such a wonderful job with everything that she does for CLV and us tenan.

Lori is very polite, honest, courteous and very professional, I would recommend renting from CVL to all my friends and family who are looking for an apartment. The apartment building is very clean and well maintained. I am pleased with the overall experience, Lori made me feel very comfortable, my daughter was moving out on her own with her new baby boy and I feel at ease knowing that she is living in such a great environment.Thank you Lori Jones.

BAYVIEW TOWERS REVIEWS

Bayview towers is a great place to live, the apartments are worth the rent, the view amazing. the staff keeps the place in top shape not like some apartment buildings, they also feel like you matter as a person and not just someone who wants your money.. upgrades are being done which is great . The staff are always there to help in anyway they can and it when something needs fixing it get done in good timing. Great place forsure.

We have lived here for two years now and couldn’t be happier. All the superintendents are super friendly and accommodating. They work diligently to help and try to resolve any issues that come up without hesitation. I would highly recommend Bayview Towers if you are looking to rent.

I’m moving in to the building in a few weeks. Stacey and her team are wonderful to work with. Ryan toured the apartment with me and was really helpful and kind. Looking forward to my new home at Bayview Towers.
