I’ve had to get some work done on my Ford Focus a few times this year and I’ve has the pleasure of having Cole take care of me. He is very punctual with getting quotes and scheduling service, as well as arrange pick up/drop off. He is knowledgeable on my warranty/coverage which I didn’t know I had and was able to get me a free rental while my car was unsafe to use. 10/10 would recommend Cole if you need to take your car in for service.

Finch Ford Lincoln made the purchasing of my truck super easy and comfortable. I just recently took my truck in for its first service and it was easy and completed efficiently. The service department answered all my questions and even explained the service being completed so it was understandable for a non-car person.

Very easy process purchasing my Car from Andrew, kept me informed on my new vehicles transit time to the dealership and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before it drove off the lot, would recommend Park Lane to anyone looking to upgrade.

I’m not sure I could say enough positive things about this dealership and their staff! I knew I wanted a Jeep grand Cherokee and a friend referred me to Nick Ravenhurst. Nick is so wonderful, kind, caring and even six months later he makes sure that I am happy and everything is working well with my jeep. Walking into the dealership, the entire staff was so friendly and laid-back and made you feel welcome. It wasn’t a stressful situation and I didn’t feel any pressure about anything. I felt very comfortable. Sara guided me through all the financials and was wonderful to work with as well. I absolutely be love my Jeep grand Cherokee and I’m so happy with it!! I’m so happy I bought it from this dealership. Can’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from them enough. They’re kind, caring, fun, and make you feel comfortable.
