LUMINEAU APPARTEMENTS REVIEWS

The building is very clean and the location is very nice. The apartments are new and have excellent quality. Everyone working there is really friendly and professional. The property manager Louis Péloquin was incredibly helpful. He showed us a unit on a really short notice, which was very important for us because we could only spend a few days in Sherbrooke. He helped us understand all the different rental options we had. Louis helped us process the rental application very quickly and we were able to get the rent setup before we needed to leave Sherbrooke. This was the best experience I've had in Sherbrooke with looking for a rental unit and I'm looking forward to living in this building.

Appartements modernes Lumineau avec magnifique vue sur la rivière Magog et le parterre et magnifique vue sur le Mont Bellevue.

Jai visiter vite parce-que ils l'administration AVAIT BEAUCOUP de travail Ils y a des choses que je n'ai pas remarquer Comme les armoirs ,le monde sont tres gentil Mais ces un petit peu cher pour 1 1/2 Je veut aller rester à 215 Bellevue

Immeuble tranquille avec 2 piscines et un bel espace de repos extérieur.c'est un site enchanteur!

J'ai fortement recommandé cet appartement à mes proches et amis.

J'y suis résidente et je n'ai que de bons mots pour l'environnement qui y règne; que se soit la communauté qui y habite tout comme les activités qui y sont organisés tout est parfait, on se sent chez soi. Merci à la gestion d'être à l'écoute des besoins de leur locataires et de toujours miser sur la qualité de vie.

Un endroit hors du commun, des condos locatifs bien pensés, piscine, spa, gym et d’agréables espaces communs. Cours arrière aussi interessante pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Gestion accommodante et soucieuse du bien-être et du confort de ses résidents. Activités fréquentes permettant de rencontrer ses voisins et developper des liens. Belle petite communauté. Merci Caroline, Catherine et Marc de contribuer à ce superbe milieu de vie.
