Service au vente super Sonia très gentille et explique très bien... Aujourd'hui je viens de recevoir mon lit ajustable, les livreurs très gentil, ils m'ont donnés une formation et expliqué comment cela fonctionne adéquatement. Le prix super compétitif et au dela de mes attentes.... Ce soir je fais l'essaie, je vous en donnerai des nouvelles plus tard!!!
Ce que je retiens de ma visite à la fabrique de Matelas, c'est le super service que j'ai eu avec la vendeuse Sonia. Elle a passé beaucoup de temps à trouver le matelas parfait pour les besoins et le budget de mon cousin ! S'il y avait moyen de mettre 10 étoiles pour son service, j'en mettrais 10 !
Excellent service et conseils du vendeur. Délai 2 semaines comme prévu et l’heure exacte de livraison et installation avec explications . Wow!
