I got a new job and needed to find an apartment very quickly in the Stratford area. Lori with CLV at 25 Kapelle Circle understood my urgency to move out of a hotel and settle in. The long weekend looming, she worked with the admin team to ensure I had keys the day after the viewing and could move in.(!) The place was spotless. Outstanding service and sensitivity to my needs. Thanks Lori! And thanks for finding a great parking spot.

Lori presented herself with a freindly professional manner in a timely fashion. Lori demonstrated a very good understanding of the suite and building on Kappelle cres., and was able to answer any questions I asked. Lori was patient and showed an understanding with any hesitation I made.

I would like to thank Lori Ho for her assistance in our apartment search. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and emails in a timely fashion. I was impressed by her cheerful, upbeat manner, online and in person.

I’ve been a Skyline living resident in Stratford for over 6 months and have been pleasantly surprised. I had no idea or ever thought about Condo living being so different from living in a house. It was quite an adjustment but with leadership and consistency from management it made it so much easier. Another family.

We love living here. It is quiet and clean. Snow is removed promptly, garbage and recycling is convenient. Everything is well looked after. Staff is well trained and friendly. People in our building are really friendly.

Well managed building. I’ve been here a year and really enjoy it. People are friendly. Very clean and upkeep is constant.

I am impressed by the exceptional service provided by Lori Ho and the dedicated maintenance staff at 59 Campbell Crt, Stratford, ON. Lori Ho's professionalism and fast communication skills were evident as she efficiently addressed my concerns and settled everything down seamlessly. The maintenance staff acted promptly and fixed the issues with impressive speed. Their attention to detail and commitment to resolving problems were genuinely commendable. Kudos to this outstanding team for their exceptional service!

I have to say I was completely satisfied with Lori and the empathy and concern for with she showed. As living in a building was not my first choice, she made me feel comfortable at at home with the idea. Knowing what my personal concerns were and what I was truly looking for, she reached out and was able to fulfill my needs. Definitely leaving me with a feeling gratitude and peace knowing I will will br moving forward into a new place I may home.

Very supportive and received really good service from Lori. Admin gave prompt response to queries and the maintenance team is very quick and responsive. I really appreciate the whole team.
