Had a great experience with them. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They tool care of everything with my insurance company and arranged my rental car, and kept me updated every step of the way. The repairs were done well, and my car was returned clean - inside and out! Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I was in a pretty good accident and my 2022 Frontier looked banged up. Fix Auto kept me up to date on my repairs, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My truck looks amazing and you can't even tell it had been in an accident. I highly recommend if you need any body repairs done, take it here. Thanks Fix Auto for the great work.

Unable to move my car on Saturday, and important appointments on Monday, I lucked out when I called Al's Auto Body - they did a House Call! Fixed up my bumper so I was able to travel Monday, then finished the repair very reasonably on Tuesday. Old fashioned Customer Service in a time of need!

Great place to go when you want a very trustworthy mechanic who wont ring you for all you got. And they are very family oriented and old time values!!

Great to work with and offer incredible value for an outstanding job. The work they did made the truck look brand new again.

CSN Collision in Stratford ON did a great job on my Subaru Outback the other day. Special praise to the painter who matched the colours for the front bumper and surrounding areas perfectly. I got my vehicle back clean, vacuumed and in a perfect condition, just like on the day we bought it. All in all, excellent service and extremely professional staff! So, keep up the great work guys!

Wonderful business to deal with. Excellent communication in the front office, very courteous and polite. The quote provided was reasonable, the shop did great job in repairing and repainting our BMW within a short period of time. I would highly recommend CSN for your collision needs, they are worth the wait.

CSN Stratford did a fantastic job on the body work on my van. The booking process was seamless, and they helped coordinate a rental for me while the work was done. The result exceeded my expectations. My van looks almost brand new. Great work and highly recommended.
