3 Best Appliance Repair Services in Moncton, NB

From start to finish, Dan was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. From our very first phone conversation, he guided me through the process, asking for photos of the model numbers and even telling me exactly where to find the stickers. Based on my description of the issues with our stove and fridge, Dan quickly diagnosed the problems and ordered the necessary parts right away. He scheduled a service appointment for the following week while waiting for the parts to arrive, and just as promised, he showed up right on time. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. Best of all, the total cost — including the service call and parts — was very fair. Dan, thank you for your fast response and excellent service. If I ever need appliance repair again, you’ll be the first person I call!.

I highly recommend Dan for any appliance repair. He was quick to return my call and get me scheduled in. He has such a friendly demeanour and really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to appliances. Dan was able to solve the problem with our washer quickly and efficiently!.

Dan was professional, prompt and efficient. Replaced the pump in our washing machine and it works great! So much better than buying a new one.

I really feel it's important for me to write a review with regards to my experience with OG Appliance Repair. Let me start by saying it was a very pleasant experience all around usually stuff like this has a few hiccups scheduling issues Parts issues communication issues but to be honest, there wasn't a single issue witj this whole interaction..A placing the initial service call I received a phone call from the technician to let me know that he could be at my place in 30 minutes if that was okay with me. The timing was perfect because I had been home that day as I was off work. The technician showed up on time. (I apologize as I don't remember his name) He even had the part with him that was needed to fix my range. He came in and got to work right away. He was very efficient, performed his repair then tested everything after to make sure all was in good working order. He then asked me if there was any other problems with my range. I told him no and he thanked me for my business and left. The whole interaction including the repair took about 15 minutes. I was very happy with the service I received from OG Appliance Repair I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking appliance repair. I will certainly be a customer of theirs going forward.
