We have called Doctor Appliance a few times over the past few years and cannot say enough good things about Ilya. He is very knowledgeable and happy to educate on how to prolong the life of our home appliances. He is honest, easy to talk to and will not replace parts until necessary which instills trust. Ilya was able to diagnose our broken ice maker issue in minutes. He went out of his way to pick up the replacement part and return within 2 hrs to successfully make the repair. This is fantastic service and Ilya was great to work with. I have added Doctor Appliance to my contact list for future work and I highly recommend them!.

From start to finish, Dan was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. From our very first phone conversation, he guided me through the process, asking for photos of the model numbers and even telling me exactly where to find the stickers. Based on my description of the issues with our stove and fridge, Dan quickly diagnosed the problems and ordered the necessary parts right away. He scheduled a service appointment for the following week while waiting for the parts to arrive, and just as promised, he showed up right on time. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. Best of all, the total cost — including the service call and parts — was very fair. Dan, thank you for your fast response and excellent service. If I ever need appliance repair again, you’ll be the first person I call!.
