Jenny is the absolute best! I am so thankful to have found Brubachers, after our fairly new fridge died and Bosch refused to help. They (Bosch) used an LG compressor in our model, and warranty only covered first year. I felt so frustrated, duped and defeated, but Jenny and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had not been customers of theirs before, and they owed us nothing, but put so much time and effort into helping us. They saved us having to purchase a new fridge. Top shelf customer service! We’ll never use anybody else for appliance repair, and I cannot recommend them enough!.

Professional, reliable, honest, helpful, skilled and friendly service from a team that obviously takes pride in their business and went over and beyond to resolve our oven issue. It's been quite awhile since I wrote a review but I thought one was warranted in this case. In short, we needed our fridge serviced. Are we ever happy we chose Brubacher Appliances. Not only was the repairman Logan friendly, fast and very courteous he went out of his way to give us very sound & solid advice. From the initial call to Brubacher we were treated excellent. I called them to come and see about my dishwasher. It wasn’t draining. I think it was something to do with the buttons on it. Anyway they came out. They were very polite. They fixed the problem. I have used beubacher appliances on multipul occasions. even by just calling and explaining the problem they were quick to diagnose my issues and promptly fix the issue at very reasonable prices! I have yet to purchase an appliance from this company as they always seem to fix the issues i have had with multiple appliances to date!! From the first phone call to arrange the service to the cleanup after the service. Brubachers was great. They worked hard at getting our range repair paid by our extended warranty as well as making the repair on a day and time that works for us. Logan is the best. Being a very busy family Living outside of the city we were concerned that the cost, time, and unknowns of warranty etc was going to lead to a week without and a washer or a high bill to replace it.
