Bay Roofing did an incredible job fixing our roof. They are exceptionally timely, as they had guys out to do a review the same day I called. The quotes for repair were reasonable and delivered within 48 hours and repairs were completed within 3 business days. Vicki is exceptionally kind and considerate. All of the guys were lovely, hardworking and honest. There is a reason they are the number 1 company in the area!

I would highly recommend Bay Roofing and Exteriors. Vicki, Mike and the team were extremely professional and timely in their responses throughout the process. The cleanup was meticulous. They did a wonderful job! We also received great feedback from our neighbours. Thank you, we love our new roof!

The workmanship, teamwork and professionalism demonstrated by your team, while working at our home, doing our roof, was remarkable. Your communication with us, prior to work being done, was awesome. Your workers arrived right on time, and when they left, there was next to nothing for us to pick up or clean up. Everyone had a role to play in getting the job done efficiently. There was no blasting music playing while they worked, and everyone practiced their safety measures and the language spoken by your crew was professional.

Had a persistent roof leak around a faux chimney around gas fireplace venting for years. Original roofing company tried to fix it several times unsuccessfully. During main floor home reno our general contractor recommended Quinn Exteriors before continuing upgrades to our living room. They were able to fit us into their schedule pretty quickly on short notice and identified the issues almost immediately and offered multiple recommendations on how to resolve. Final cost came in well below estimate. Crew was polite, professional and fast. Would contract Quinn Exteriors again in a heartbeat.

Had a great experience with Quinn Exteriors. Not only were their prices reasonable they carried out the work in a professional timely manner. If I require any additional work Quinn Exteriors will be my first point of call.

Called the guys on Wednesday with a small patch job on the peek of my garage. They came on Friday and by using the pieces that the wind took down, they put everything back where it belonged. Even though it was battered when they were done you could not tell where the damaged pieces were. Small job, but meant the world to me.
