3 Best Roofing Contractors in North Bay, ON

The workmanship, teamwork and professionalism demonstrated by your team, while working at our home, doing our roof, was remarkable. Your communication with us, prior to work being done, was awesome. Your workers arrived right on time, and when they left, there was next to nothing for us to pick up or clean up. Everyone had a role to play in getting the job done efficiently. There was no blasting music playing while they worked, and everyone practiced their safety measures and the language spoken by your crew was professional.

Had a persistent roof leak around a faux chimney around gas fireplace venting for years. Original roofing company tried to fix it several times unsuccessfully. During main floor home reno our general contractor recommended Quinn Exteriors before continuing upgrades to our living room. They were able to fit us into their schedule pretty quickly on short notice and identified the issues almost immediately and offered multiple recommendations on how to resolve. Final cost came in well below estimate. Crew was polite, professional and fast. Would contract Quinn Exteriors again in a heartbeat.

Had a great experience with Quinn Exteriors. Not only were their prices reasonable they carried out the work in a professional timely manner. If I require any additional work Quinn Exteriors will be my first point of call.

Sunshine Roofing just completed our roof in two days. My roof looks spectacular. Jim provided a prompt quote and I must stress the price was very reasonable. The crew was polite, informative and great chemistry. As for cleanup each day, absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend Sunshine Roofing. Give Jim a call, you won’t be sorry.

The team did a great job on our roof. Completed the job in two days, left no mess and were extremely friendly. VERY competitive pricing after looking around with multiple quotes from local businesses. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Sunrise Roofing for your roofing needs. They replaced our roof over two days and we are extremely happy with the look of the new roof, their workmanship and clean up afterwards.

Called the guys on Wednesday with a small patch job on the peek of my garage. They came on Friday and by using the pieces that the wind took down, they put everything back where it belonged. Even though it was battered when they were done you could not tell where the damaged pieces were. Small job, but meant the world to me. Highly recommend this company from lady who has a house and garage roof put on by these guys. Thanks a bunch. Denise. - Denise T. Reply
