I am happy with the service from this company today. The appointment was made by LG to check our fridge within a week. The technician (Mark) called me as promised to let me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem and had parts to complete the repair. Nice job!.

We've used then twice to fix our LG dishwasher and fridge. They were on time and very reasonably priced. They took care of the warranty part for the fridge so we only paid for the labor. They also fit us in the day after the new years starts holiday when the fridge broke. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. They also do not up sell you and only did what is needed.

My husband talked to Marion who was very pleasant and helpful. Repair date was quick due to a cancellation. Repair technician was very polite professional and resolved the problem. Great work Lincoln. AAA+++.
