It took me several years to admit my wife was right… my hearing was deteriorating. After googling to find an audiologist I chose Eastside. The reviews were accurate… they are excellent and pleasant to deal with from the time you walk in. The Audiologists are thorough, professional and very helpful walking through the process… and no pressure. The results exceeded my expectations and removed all my hesitation. It really has made a big difference. And the follow up support is equally strong and hassle free.

The ladies at the front are awesome. The audiologist got me tested and set up with a trial hearing aid right away. Ended up going with a different model but only after talking about the rechargeable options. After revisiting almost a year later to get supplies the ladies at the front still remembered me which is very great to see.

Courteous service from manufacturer to the audiologists at the clinic! After contact with my specific make of Hearing Aid I was told by a different business I needed a new pair but the research advised me to go to Eastside Audiology and they were only to happy to fix the problem! I would recommend the intelligent staff there! One thing I would like to see published is if we are able to buy through a payment plan! Since the shut down of the Government Hearing Aid assistant plan many don’t know where to turn for assistance nor help with Hearing Aid problems!! And Cost! Thank you Eastside Audiologists for your service to help me hear again

Candace at Leake audiology is an amazing and skilled audiologist. She is very calming and will do all she can to help make your hearing aid experience the best it can be. When I had sudden hearing loss she spend many hours making everything right for me. I always meant to do a review and now after going today for a concern I had she was again amazing and professional. And hats off to the receptionist who is also extremely helpful, cheerful and super at her job! You cannot go wrong with Candace and her staff…

I cannot say enough good things!!! The patience and understanding showed to my very sensitive daughter was amazing. Very knowledgeable and cleared up concerns I was having. We now have a plan in place for our daughter and a clear understanding which I never had from our previous audiologist.

My husband had a cone from his hearing aid lodge in his ear canal. Candace and Brandon were so accommodating and resolved the problem within minutes. Many thanks. If you are looking for an exam or hearing aids, this is the place to go.

They know there business and I always feel I'm getting the best help there is. Emma has been attending to me this last while. She is a master and you can easily tell it. I have gone to Regina Hearing Services for years and they have been nothing but fantastic. I was in my 40’s when I received my first hearing aids. As my hearing in my left ear drastically reduced in my 50’s, it was discovered I have a benign tumour known as an Acoustic Nerouma that took away my hearing in that ear. They have been very helpful to me as I work my way through this change. They make the adjustments to my hearing aid as I need and are very quick to help when I need them.

I am profoundly deaf in left ear and limited hearing in right ear and have been going here for years and staff have been nothing less than friendly and professional.
