Jonny is the nicest person always so happy and respectful dealing with everyone and always gets you what you need, as for Celine she forgot to sell me a seal with my thermostat so I had to come back and out of my way to get one. The other older gentleman apologized and was very helpful with getting me a new seal even though I still had to pay for it. Most of the guys are great for customer service.

Every time something randomly breaks on my Jeep, and I need a random decades old part, on short notice, I call Auto Parts Plus and they're like "oh yeah we have a bunch of those in stock" and they put it aside for me and I pick it up on my way home after work. Seriously amazing service. Do yourself a favour and shop here exclusively.

The team here always takes care of our parts needs. We call in to check stock, if its not there they offer to bring it in. Top notch customer service in todays world is a huge thing. Not your usual parts store, they know what theyre looking for when you tell them what you need.

I purchased a used Toyota Camry Hybrid and was needing a rare tool to remove the oil filter housing. Regina Toyota, Canadian Tire and others didn’t have it, so was told to contact Napa Auto Parts. These two guys working here went above and beyond, giving me good advice and the stores best product as well as five star customer service. Well done gents. I’m a NAPA fan now.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff were able to help me get everything I needed to fix my car. Better price and options than other stores I checked.

Good service always sure to greet people actually put them on hold and inform upset customers of the situation and assure they will be helped.
