QUEEN VICTORIA ESTATES REVIEWS

It is like an all inclusive resort! We recently moved my uncle into Queen Victoria Estates. After touring numerous homes in the Regina area, we feel that it is the perfect community for him! The atmosphere is warm and fun and welcoming. My uncle feels safe and included with lots of opportunities to socialize and take part in various activities.The food is so amazing, that was a huge factor in our decision as well as the emergency alert devices. His suite is so quiet and well laid out and he loves the ability to adjust the temperature in his living area and that basic cable tv is also included. He only pays for his phone. Weekly housekeeping is an added bonus which makes his life much easier. The added touches of a chapel, salon and other services that come into the building, alleviates the need to attend a number of outside appointments is also wonderful! The entire staff is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The environment is so positive which starts with management and carries all the way to every staff member. A real commitment to quality and dignified living!

The service was top-notch and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and amazing staff management. You won't be disappointed!

Celebrated my Mom’s 92 birthday at QV - we were provided with a private room which the staff set up beautifully with coffee, tea, water, plates and cutlery. It was a great place to visit and eat cake, thanks to the wonderful staff at QV.

Your unwavering commitment and genuine concern for all your clients have not gone unnoticed. I truly appreciate your prompt response when I urgently needed a home for her. Your dedication has made a significant difference. Her progress has been remarkable, and the quality of care she is receiving is evident, and I want you to know how much it is valued. Thank you once again for going above and beyond in your roles.

Thank you to Melissa and College Park staff for their ongoing care and consideration. My Mother, has been there one year now and enjoying the residents, staff and environment at College Park one. The local staff works very hard to provide flexibility and support. This we are grateful and very appreciative for.

I know both people who live there and work there. Great place to be for both situations. The building is on beautiful grounds and has so much to do for the people who live there. Keep up the great work as I hear amazing things happen even during the pandemic.

I’ve been working at Revera, Green Falls Landing as a cook for more than 2 years now. I have to say that the interaction I have with the residents is amazing! I can see how happy they are every time I talk to them. I’m originally from Brazil, and I remember last year the management asked me to prepare a Brazilian Cuisine menu for a special day. We had a Brazilian Day at Revera, Green Falls Landing!! I was supper happy for the opportunity to cook some Brazilian dishes for the residents and I was even happier when after the meal the residents came to me to thank for the food, saying everything was delicious and specially at the end of the evening, when we had a Brazilian culture quiz and the residents really did they homework. They went online and they did a little research about Brazil and asked me very interesting questions. I was very flattered by their interest in knowing more about my country and I could see how happy they were with the event.

Green Falls Landing has been a wonderful home for my parents this past year. The staff are all welcoming and kind, the nurses have been excellent, and everyone has been so helpful and supportive. The facility is beautiful and the residents are lovely.

Green Falls Landing is a beautiful place that provides excellent care and support for the people who live there and their families. The staff is very friendly, professional and thoughtful, ensuring that the residents are very well taken care of.
