Love coming here, staple for Brantford residents... you can't go here and just buy 1 item. It's almost impossible, unless you bring a set amount of money and don't bring any cards... the staff are very friendly, always help, always feel like they are enjoying the job. They always have seasonal treats, cookies, anything u can imagine... love it here.

Just recently found this little bakery! It's so cute and has a great selection. I purchased a bunch of items for my daughters birthday party and everything was delicious. The girl at the counter was so sweet and took the time to chat with my son. I've been looking for a bakery since moving here a few years ago and haven't been impressed yet but I think I found my new bakery!

Love this place. Anytime I am catering a banquet or any other event I always order my buns from here. The staff is always great and very helpful in helping me figure out exactly what i need quantity wise. And because everything is so fresh and smells so great I always leave with a treat for myself.

The best bakery in Canada! The quality of the good bakes and the customer service is extraordinary. The Nutella croissant melts in your mouth and the pecan tarts are like no other ( you can never smell or taste eggs in them which is fantastic) , the price is reasonable for the quality, and the service is friendly, I highly recommend it because if you try it once you will always be back.

Delish, delish, delish! I have had their baked goods since at OKB. Today got cheese bagels (fav) Almond cookies and crème brûlée. So delightful. And the creme brulee will be bought again and again.

Bread is always fresh and usually still warm when I purchase it. Lots of selection, their pizza dough is great as well!

COBS BREAD BAKERY IN BRANTFORD REVIEWS

This location makes the best, softest cinnamon buns with the smoothest, creamiest cream cheese frosting (that's not overly sweet.) The Apple Pie scone at COBS is amazing!!!!!!!!!! The caramel is a little salty, the apple chunks are perfectly sweet n' cinnamony, and the scone itself is incredibly moist! The Double Chocolate one should be called Triple Chocolate because it's crazy overloaded with chocolate chunks! It's like a muffin and a cake donut had a baby! We were lucky enough to have one fresh out of the oven, so the chocolate chunks were still melty! If you aren't as lucky, heat it up! The Lemon Blueberry scone has a very powerful, but still sweet, lemon flavour, with loads of deliciously plump blueberries, all complimented by the gooey lemon glaze! I highly recommend it!

Cobs bread is never a disappointment. From the smell when you walk in, until you walk back out with all the goods!! Fresh! Delicious and always a return visit. Go get you some freshness!! Iced pumpkin spice scones, iced mini cinnamon buns, cheese pull apart bread and some rolls.

Fresh and delicious pastries on the daily! I'm happy Brantford finally has a Cobs. The prices are a bit more expensive vs grocery stores, but you get what you pay for. The pastries at Cobs are good quality and it shows. Taste is king. Service has always been wonderful and cheerful from the staff.
