3 Best Bakeries in Coquitlam, BC

Had an amazing service coming in during the winter snow, I had quite a few questions ordering a new drink, barista Brooke really took her time to go through it with me and answered all questions and gave me great suggestions on certain drinks, she was very patient and sweet, thank you for making my day. Now I finally found my go to drink at my favorite bakery. Ordered a few baked goods and as always never let me down.

This is becoming a regular spot for our coffee dates. Open earlier (at 7am) than most other cafes and with a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, snack & desert items, specializing in bars. Lots of seating for 2 or more inside and some outdoors as well when weather permits. I haven't explored many of the drink options but can recommend the spinach roll, veggie quiche, and apple bomb.

Just what this neighbourhood needs! Beautifully designed, and beautiful display of a plethora of baked delights of every kind! Service is friendly and fast. Even the bathroom is fun! Airy, patisserie concept with tables inside and out. Try the hearty Mac n cheese square if you're hungry or the chocolate zucchini muffins. I guarantee everything is delish! Street parking, accessible. I'll be back.

I went in with my friend and we both got two pastries and a drink each. This was my first time at Paris Baguette and I’ve been wanting to come for a really long time. I ordered the pistachio sweet cream cold brew because I love pistachio drinks. However when I drank it, it was super soapy and sour, sort of like lemonade, with no notes of pistachio. I was really scared to ask them to remake my drink but after spending almost $9, I decided I should just try. I think Jihoon was the employee who offered to remake my drink and he was really understanding. He made me an Iced Caramel Macchiato which was amazing, not too sweet. I will definitely be back to try more pastries and drinks! Thank you for being understanding!

I absolutely love this café. It’s a self-serve style — you choose what you like and enjoy. The coffee is delicious and the bakery items are excellent. The prices are great and very reasonable. Every time I come back, I fall in love with this place all over again. It’s such a cozy and welcoming spot. Highly recommended for coffee and pastry lovers.

I tried curry croquette and condensed milk bread. The curry croquette had a nice texture, with large chunks of vegetables that gave a crisp bite after the curry flavor faded. It wasn’t too greasy, and there was no oil left on my hands. It was my first time trying condensed milk bread, and it was soft, chewy, and had a rich buttery flavor. The moment I took a bite, it felt as soft as biting into cotton candy. I usually don’t like sweet things, so I was worried it might be too sweet, but the sweetness wasn’t overpowering. I think even those who don’t enjoy sweet foods would like it. I’m really happy that I can enjoy Paris Baguette in Canada! This was my first time trying it here, and it was so delicious that I think I’ll visit often. Since my first experience was great, I plan to try other types of bread as well. My revisit intention is 100%!
