“2025 Update: Boulangerie Seoul provides a made-fresh-daily café offering pastries, baked treats, coffee and drinks. Seulah(Sarah) Jang is the owner of this bakery. She hopes people enjoy authentic French pastries and Korean aesthetics at Boulangerie Seoul. Boulangerie Seoul's canelé is a small French pastry flavoured with rum and vanilla, with a soft and tender custard centre and a dark, thick caramelized crust. They provide a traditional small cake from Commercy and Liverdun, two communes of the Lorraine region in northeastern France. Their levain cookies are made with chocolate chips and walnuts, and are one of their best sellers. Boulangerie Seoul is enthusiastic to try and experiment with new things.”

What an amazing small local bakery! The team here does an incredible job from the staff, to the treats. The Korean milk doughnuts are amazing and regular doughnuts equally as good. In town from Vancouver, BC and would come back.

I haven’t had an amazing and delicious donut before. I am not a dessert person, but the Korean milk cream donuts are so unreal…the best donuts ever.I would like to try different flavour next time.

Nice ambiance for a donut shop. Their donuts are to die for! Glad we have this in NB and hoping they will also add another branch in Moncton.

BOULANGERIE SEOUL REVIEWS

Best coffee shop/bakery in the Fredericton Area! While slightly outside the city center, it is well worth the drive out to this little gem to enjoy fresh coffee and phenomenal baked goods. The coffee itself is great; price and taste-wise, it is on par with the rest of Fredericton. However, the baked goods are where this place stands out. You can tell that everything was expertly made and the quality of the ingredients is very high. My favourite menu items are the Portuguese egg tarts and the croissants, simply because of how authentic they are, it's as close to the real thing as you can get in Atlantic Canada.

I wanted to come here for so long, and I’m so glad I did. I love the rotating offerings and freshly made pastries. The atmosphere is amazing and I personally recommend you to get the Hong Kong Milk Tea, as it is not too sweet, but also so wholesome, and the cannelés, which are baked perfectly.

Beautiful and cute coffee place. Their bakery treats are delicious. I tried their Lemon cupcake, I don’t think any word can describe it well. Its finger-licking good. For coffee i tried their vanilla bean latte and its really good. Definitely recommend to try their Basil and tomato Focaccia and Almond Croissant, really delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

They definitely earn their "decadence" namesake. I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews yet! Their pies are to die for--you wouldn't even know it was gluten free if they didn't tell you. I don't even have a gluten-free diet, I just go in because their stuff is incredible and they're so nice! They got regular sweet/fruit & some meat pies in small & large, your tried and true favorites as well as some fancy European styled pies, macaroons, jams/preserves, and they make super cute cakes, too! If you're in the area you should totally check them out.

Excellent service, excellent food. Specilazing in gluten and sugar free goodies. No better place around.
