The absolute ultimate catering experience in Fredericton!! There is truly no competition when you look at the detail put into each and every treat created.. from the dipped strawberries, to the eloquent charcuterie roses. A class act business! 5 STARS.

We couldn't be more pleased with the food and service we received from The Dog House Catering! We hired Aaron to cater our wedding last weekend and I can only say good things. Aaron was quick to reply and answer any questions or concerns we had. He drove from Fredricton to Sussex to deliver all of the food and everything was hot and ready. Everyone raved about the food and for good reason, everything was absolutely delicious! We ordered Smoked Brisket and Stuffed Chicken as our mains and got salads, veggies and rolls to go with it. Easily one of the best meals I have ever had! Overall, such a great experience working with The Dog House Catering and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for catering for an event.

We hired them for our wedding and everyone had nothing but good things to say. They were super helpful when coming up with the menu and made everything seamless the day of! Not to mention the food was delicious. Would highly reccomend.

LJW catered our wedding with a multi-course homemade Italian meal that was to die for. From the creation of the menu to the day of the wedding, Leanne and her team truly go above and beyond to ensure you have an incredible culinary experience. We are still (months later) getting compliments from guests. If you are looking for a caterer for a large event, I promise you, look no further - LJW is an amazing choice. We've also had the opportunity to try Leanne's Thai food for a smaller group and it was, no surprise, equally as delicious. To summarize LJW: Professional, incredible food, kind people and easy to work with.

We had a Thai cooking class as a gift. It was a wonderful experience. I learned so much about how to prepare the ingredients for a standard Thai meal, even though I have cooked Thai for decades. The dinner afterward was delicious. Highly recommend this class.

Leanne’s dedication to authentic, delicious and fresh food is inspiring. Can’t wait to be involved with another even you are catering... and am looking forward to my next dinner party... a coveted invite for my friends for sure.
