Two weeks ago, I was surprising my husband to a trip to Niagara, ON for his 30th birthday and found Red Ganache to be highly rated. After looking through their website, instagram, and customer photos posted here, I decided to reach out via email to see if they could make a chocolate hazelnut/ferrero rocher cake, if it was appropriate for someone who is not a sweet tooth, and how much it would cost. I was a bit nervous since I had reached out Wednesday night and wasn't sure if they would have enough time to make this order, but Leigh promptly responded back with all the info, and she had the order placed by Friday morning ($54 CAD)! When we arrived Saturday, the cake was ready to go and it was SO beautiful! They even honored my request to draw on a smiley face.

Excellent! Excellent place, amazing patisserie, coffee, local, friendly staff. Their chocolate cakes are not overly sweet, you can taste the chocolate, real flavour. Strawberry short cake was wonderful and though I’m not a big fan of chocolate cake, I was amazed. Everyone please must try :)))

Over the top wonderful! The way they display their creations of sweet and savory are as you entered an art studio. The first bite took us to a sidewalk cafe in Paris. We came back 3 days in a row to try new creations. The Chef even took time to share some kind words. We LOVE this place !!!

Ummmm everything was absolutely amazing!!! Right from the start communication was great, everyone I spoke to was very polite and made me feel confident that I was going to be happy with my custom order. And they were correct! My cake was beautiful, it had everything I asked for and more. Not only was it eye candy, it tasted delicious, everyone loved it. Highly recommend!!

We ordered a cake, cupcakes and macarons for my Granddaughter's shower. Absolutely fantastic! Everyone loved them. They were almost too pretty to eat! Such nice people to deal with. They couldn't have been more helpful. From the ordering right through to the delivery at the venue they did everything they could to make sure it all went smoothly. Thank you for helping to make Christina’s shower a success!

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s bridal shower and they did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and the talk of the day. The customer experience was second to none. They are also a local business. Highly recommend. Thank you making Cinderella come to life.
