My car died when I was 4 hours away from home and after frantically calling around for a same day fix, Honda was willing to take a look at it between their scheduled appointments on an already busy day. I can't even begin to describe how amazing every employee was. They were so welcoming, helpful and comforting on my very bad day. They definitely know hospitality and customer service!! Thank you to Brad in the service department, and to Todd in sales/appraisals. Everyone else too, of course!! Believe it or not, I actually made it home that day! If you want quality and honest service, check out this Honda branch!

Great experience! Josh helped me buy a used 2019 Honda civic sport and was there to answer every question I had! It was a very easy and stress free process! Definitely recommend working with him! Also John took care of the finance part and did amazing as well! No complaints.

Always courteous, informative, helpful, and willing to discuss any issues. This visit was for a wheel alignment - a result of the “pre-collision warning system” engaging to prevent a collision with a post!!

James and Bonnie are amazing people they are so nice and helpful. I was terrified to look for my first car and they where amazing and helpful. In the future when I need a new car I’m definitely going back to them. And if I ever called to schedule an appointment or needed to change one Samantha is super nice. Everyone there makes sure your comfortable and offers coffee or water and they’re honest and trustworthy people, who make sure you know everything you need to.

We just happened to drive through the lot casually looking. Thinking of my future purchase. Everyone was busy so Samantha came out to great us. She informed us that someone would be with us shortly but in the meantime she could show us the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable, opened the vehicle for us to see. We were very interested so she gathered some information and chatted with us until the Riley came out. We went for a test drive and decided we would buy the vehicle and trade our Buick. Riley was also very friendly and knowledgeable. We went for a test drive and decided to purchase. Everything was very quick and easy. Once we were satisfied with the deal he introduced us to Madison who went over warranty and financing options. Deal was very smooth, everyone was very friendly and professional and I love my new car.

Every time I go to Kia of North Bay to service my car, the lady at the front desk is so welcoming and kind. She goes above and beyond and really knows how to treat a customer right. Thank you so much you guys are awesome.
