North Bay, ON Peoples Jewellers is one of the best stores I have ever dwelt with. My husband and I have made many purchases over the years and we have always had excellent customer service. The manager Teresa has an amazing personality and knows the products lines in and out. She always makes our shopping experience wonderful. I love the warranty service I get and the care that is taken to upkeep my fine treasures. I could say so much more but I’d be here all day typing.

Sam was so lovely to deal with. She was so knowledgeable about the process of repairing my rings and made the whole experience far more enjoyable and stress-free than I could have even hoped for. I will be dealing with her for any jewelry needs moving forward - highly recommend.

I had the best experience when I went in. The manager helped me with my warranty inspection and she was amazing. She made sure to tell me about current promos as well as the trade in program. Theresa is always so friendly and welcoming. She even booked me a follow up appointment for my next inspection so I wouldn’t forget. Thank you!!!

What a great place. Friendly gentlemen and walk in service for watch battery replacement. Had a custom made ring made a few years ago for my wife using diamonds and gold from several rings to design an exquisite piece.

Can't say enough amazing things about them! They took wonderful care of my jewelry and went above and beyond in their repairs and their customer service. I will absolutely be back. Thank you so much!

I have had repairs, new stones, new ring and sizing done here. Always treated with friendliness, and reasonable prices. Very much recommend!

Incredible service! I had a broken white gold chain of mine repaired here and Christie did a fantastic job. There was no indication of where the repair had taken place what so ever and the service was very quick and less expensive than what I had expected! Certainly a new customer for life.

Great, fast, reliable severe. They were able to size my ring, in a very fast timely matter and could not beat the price. Very happy with the service and would come back 100%

I purchased a bracelet, but wanted a couple changes made. It was perfect when finished. They are the BEST!!
