I had a problem with my Telluride when visiting the area - faced with an 800km drive with a loose, damaged driver side mirror. Kia Shawi were incredible - they assessed my situation, gave me all the options available to me even though my timing was tight, and did an absolutely amazing job securing my mirror and making sure we could drive home safe. Josh, who helped me out, was super knowledgeable, friendly, and generous with his time. I wish this was our local dealership.
