I am always very skeptical about auto shops and mechanics. Worried they will Try to price gouge and squeeze extra dollars out of you. I had an incredible experience here. My car needed alot of love. They did a thorough inspection and told me every little thing that could be improved. I narrowed it down to what I thought was most important and within my budget. They never tried to up sell me on anything unnecessary and I felt the work I paid for was fair and transparent. This will be the only shop I use from now on.

Received awesome service today on very short notice. I was unable to pop my hood due to a cord being damaged and I was worried about getting windshield washer fluid in with a big snow melt happening. Shawn the owner looked at my vehicle, got the hood open, filled up my fluid and didn’t charge me anything. I was provided with a quote for the repair and I’ll definitely be coming back to have it done here. This is how trust is built. I’ll be a long time customer now.

10/10 Will forever be recommending this business to all those I know. High quality service, personable, and honest. Big Al’s have helped me diagnose my vehicle after no one else could. I also highly appreciate the time they take to answer any questions that arise. Bringing back a good name for mechanic work. Thank you!

Not to mention when I came in to pick up my car the total came in under what was quoted and agreed to over the phone. Amazing.
