to try on rings to figure out what I liked and Paris Jewellers had the greatest customer service of all the stores I went to in Park place mall. They were thorough in explaining different stones/cuts to me, different warranties, and the ring cleaning/care package. My fiance also had a wonderful experience purchasing my ring from them and feels very confident in his purchase based off of the outstanding customer care and customer service we have received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase quality jewellery! Thanks again to everyone there for being so welcoming and helpful!

From the first day we went into the Lethbridge location we were greeted with a friendly and inviting environment. No pressure to purchase anything, just the willingness to show us the products we were interested in. After several months and a few more visits, the jewelry my wife loved was on sale and we were able to purchase the ring she wanted. Thank you again.

Deanna especially worked diligent with me as I bounced ideas, looking at different rings, patterns and then came back with not only an estimate but a rendering of the ring that brought my ideas to life. They gave me a timeframe on when this fully custom ring would be complete and it was ready the exact day they had told me. Wonderful people and even better quality.
