My vehicle broke down, so I phoned precision and they said they had a cancellation and had a courtesy car for me, so I got my vehicle towed to there business, they fixed the problem that day, they were very accommodating especially in my situation as I live out of my van as well. They explained things in great detail to me plus sent me an email of the diagnostic test, etc with pictures. So thorough. They were so helpful and friendly , all the staff. I was in a terrible frantic situation and they helped ease my worries and took some pressure off me and made me feel more relaxed. I felt I could totally trust them in caring for my vehicle. As a single older woman it was important to me that I could trust them not to over charge me and recommend something that really didn't need fixing. I received excellent service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Just like the name, they were precise on everything. I went in for a noise diagnosis on my 2016 Lexus IS300. The team did exceptional service from greeting till giving out the detailed inspection report. Service Advisor, Sat went above and beyond explaining everything very well, without any hesitation and led me in the right way. High professionals, who dedicates everything to quality and service more than anything. I would definitely recommend this place for any type of vehicle service.

My experience was great. Communications was prompt and friendly. Their quote was accurate. They helped source a transmission in my EV and replaced it at half the dealer costs. I am impressed and very pleased with the whole experience. Their EV tech is very knowledgeable and capable and their advisor Merrick provides excellent service. I have not experienced such professionalism in awhile, thanks to the team there. Update: it’s been 2 months since repairs and vehicle still drives nice and quiet. So glad I entrusted them with the repair.
