He completed his internal medicine training at McMaster University, followed by cardiology training at Western University. He then completed subspecialty training in arrhythmia and cardiac devices at McMaster University. He has received multiple research grants and teaching awards and has been published in numerous reputable journals, including the Canadian Journal of Cardiology, Annals of Internal Medicine, and Pacing, Heart Rhythm & Electrophysiology. Since 2020, he has served as an active staff cardiologist at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, where he implants cardiac devices and manages critically ill cardiac patients in the CCU. He helped spearhead and expand the arrhythmia and cardiac pacemaker programme. His practice encompasses all aspects of general cardiology, with a special interest in managing patients with arrhythmia disorders and those with cardiac devices, including defibrillators and pacemakers. He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Bishoy Deif practices at the Barrie Cardiac Centre, a full-service cardiology clinic offering consultations and a comprehensive range of cardiac testing for patients.”

I have been going to Dr. Dibble since November 2002. Just one month after my massive heart attack. I had saved in London University Hospital and that is where he trained. He personally knew some of the drs that had treated me. Bonus. In my eyes. I was young and he was very patient with me and has always answered my questions in layman’s terms so I understand. I still see him to this day even though it is over an hours drive and will continue to.

Dr. Dibble is very professional and competent. Pleasant manner, speaks clearly calmly. He asks questions and has genuine interest in his patients.

Professional, patient, humble, confident, good listener.

I have a complicated heart issues from a brain and spinal cord injury. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful with all my questions also called to check on me which is a rarity nowadays . Dr. McClellan is a very kind doctor extremely knowledgeable and logical… he thinks of how your heart issues affect everything in your life. He is the first cardiologist to find the root of the issue and with a reasonable surgery will reduce a large amount of pills daily and open many doors and improve my life. I feel safe as his patient.

Dr. Bishoy Deif is amazing! Honestly, the best service! He took the time to review my file, examine me & explain things THOROUGHLY. He’s compassionate and knowledgeable as he answered all my questions. I really felt like I was in great hands speaking to him. When I felt unwell he took the time to reassess and reassure me that I was ok. He truly is an awesome doctor. The receptionist and all staff at BCC are great! When I was feeling overwhelmed by my symptoms they were very patient, kind & professional as they addressed my concerns. Thank you BCC for the positive experience and putting patients at ease. I highly recommend BCC for great cardiac care!
