I always enjoy my visits...front desk staff are friendly and helpful, every hygienist has been very through and I leave with a clean fresh mouth. Dr. Ferguson is excellent - always happy to talk through treatments and options. I love having options presented to me. Nice friendly vibe at Ferguson Family Dental. Keep up the good work.

Lindsay is one of the best hygienists I have met. She never chastises for not flossing but encourages you. When you do take good care of your teeth she gives positive feedback. Dr. Ferguson is amazing. Always explains things thoroughly and gives options. Doesn't make you feel bad for needing sedation for major procedures. Front desk staff are always very pleasant. A grest place to have dental work done if you have anxiety about going to the dentist.

Debby was very good at explaining the numbers. Christine took on the formidable job of cleaning my teeth after four years of neglect and did an excellent cleaning. Dr Ryan Ferguson inspired confidence with his can do attitude.

First and foremost, Dr. Fred and his assistant Ashleigh are the sole reasons I overcame my fear of dentists and healed from a severely traumatic event that left me scarred. I didn’t even disclose that I had dental trauma, Dr.Fred is genuinely an incredible dentist and organically lead me into the belief that not all dentists are animals. I cannot say enough about Eagle Ridge Dentistry as a whole. The services I have had include a frenectomy (tongue tie release) and multiple follow ups, cleanings for myself and my daughter and I had a cavity filled. Not only were they incredible with me, they were incredible with my daughter who is 4. Nhan and Wendy at the front are amazing and the most accommodating secretarial staff I have ever met! They immediately make you feel so welcome and so loved that my daughter lights up when I tell her we have to go see the dentist. By the second visit they felt like family and genuinely care about your well being, dental and otherwise. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! We’ll see you soon.

Great staff - Nhan was pleasant to deal with, and very proficient in organizing the necessary appointments and insurance paperwork for my bridgework. When I had to cancel an appointment on short notice, Eagle Ridge staff were very understanding and accommodating. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, and always in good humor. Dr Fred is excellent, very professional and friendly, and will take the time to answer all questions. The environment lends itself to comfort and trust.

I recently had a procedure done at Eagle Ridge (3 appointments-consult, procedure, follow up). The clinic is an airy, comfortable place. At each visit there was an energy of teamwork and friendliness amongst the staff, and they made a point of communicating well with patients. Dr. Fred was friendly and kind, possessing a sense of humour, as well as focused/careful, and happy to listen and discuss/answer questions. Not sure what else I would have hoped for.
