Dr. John R. Vyselaar

Great experience with John. Caring, competent, clear communicator, personable and friendly. Prior to this appointment, Staff told me she couldn't make a follow-up appointment after my stress test. I was left wondering if my health was unimportant to the people in this system until I eventually received a phone call.

Dr. John Vyselaar saved my life. Because of him and the Team at Vancouver General all my children and 9 grandchildren have me in there life. Thank you my friend!!!!

I hope you never have to see Dr Vyselaar but if you do he is one of the most personable and knowledgeable Drs I've known in my 60 years.

Dr. John is a fantastic physician/cardiologist. When I showed up at Lions Gate Hospital I was scared. I breathed a sigh of relief after being examined by him and discussing what "we" are going to do going forward. In large measure, I am alive today because of him and his colleagues at St. Paul's.
