We had Northbound Barbecue Company cater our wedding in Parry Sound, and everything went exceptionally well. Communication with the owner was always super easy, and the whole process leading up to the wedding was stress-free. My wife and I, as well as all of our guests, were blown away. The food was absolutely incredible, and the presentation had all of the dads excited! The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the day. We are so happy that we chose Northbound Barbecue Company to cater our wedding and would absolutely recommend them to anyone hosting an event in the area. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was.

Northbound brought the smoker out for our wedding at the beginning of August and the food is truly something we’re all still talking about. Self-proclaimed barbecue connoisseur guests are saying Northbound smoked the best brisket they’ve ever had in their lives. Shout out to the sundown sausage bites; I think I ate a whole appetizer tray by myself. The Northbound Team made the appetizer and main food service for our wedding a breeze. I so appreciated not having to worry about timing, set up, serve-ware, etc. I would recommend Thomas and the Northbound Barbecue Team to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed!.

We used Northbound Barbecue for our Muskoka wedding and were blown away. We had a lot of guests flying in for our wedding and having top quality food was important to us - everyone was blown away. It truly created an incredible ambiance and set the tone for the whole event. The team was incredible to work with and communication was prompt. I (the bride) am vegetarian and they were extremely accommodating and created an incredible dish for me. Could not recommend more.

The best food and service we could have ever imagined! ❤️ Two weeks later and our wedding guests are STILL raving about the food! Smoke & Timber went above and beyond to make sure every one of our guests was taken care of, including offering amazing options for dietary restrictions and allergies. From cocktail hour, to dinner, all the way to the late-night snack, everything was absolutely incredible. You can truly tell when food is made with love, care, and attention to every detail — and that’s exactly what we experienced with Smoke & Timber. Every bite was better than the last! Ryan, Corey, and the entire team — you guys were absolutely amazing. We just had the pleasure of having a milestone birthday catered by these gents and people are still talking about the food and saying it was better than most weddings they’ve been to. The brisket, salmon and Mexican street corn blew the doors off, and there were some serious foodies in the house Ryan and Cory were a delight to work with and we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for making this a party that our Friends will be talking about for ages.

Corey and Ryan were fantastic! We used them for our DIY wedding and they were super helpful with all of the planning. The food was tremendous and we didn't have one complaint from our guests. Also, there was MORE than enough for everyone, which we really appreciated. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for good, local caterers.
