Culinary Impressions

Wow! I would wager that the lobster and scallops weren't 12hrs out of the world famous Bay of Fundy when their expert chef superbly seasoned and prepared them to perfection. Presented by a knowledgeable and utterly professional staff eager to help with anything required to make our experience a memorable one. Contracted many caterers in the past, and have paid much more for far less. Of the decadence on offer for dessert we chose the chocolate soufflé that might have floated away if not for the raspberry reduction that anchored it to the plate/spoon allowing for it to evaporate on your palate. Like I said, wow. Where is the 6 star button.

Was a guest at an event where Culinary Impressions definitely left an impression on me! Amazing food, great presentation, can’t wait to have them cater a future event!

Great food especially the coconut shrimp. Ray and Perry are lovely people and do a great job at catering events.
