Giles Catering

We had Giles cater our daughters wedding on July 16th at Cranberry Creek in Delhi ON. They provided a beautiful, extensive charcuterie board for cocktail hour that everyone loved. This was followed by a buffet style meal comprised of breaded chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffed pork loin, seasonal roasted veg, roasted red potatoes, broccoli and bacon salad and a vegetable penne dish. Everything was fantastic and everyone loved the meal. They also accommodated several vegetarians and vegan with their own plated meals. They provided 3 different types of pies for desert that were requested by the bride and groom. Thanks to Marschal and his staff for completing a wonderful celebration for our daughter and new son-in-law as well as all our guests! Very good pricing and excellent customer service!!

We used Giles catering for a rehearsal party and are so happy we did! The food was exceptional and plentiful , the presentation was beautiful. They arrived on time, were professional in appearance and manner. We are already planning another event and are excited work with Marschal and his team again

We got married this past weekend. Not only was Marschal and his team easy to work with, the food was phenomenal, everyone was thrilled.
