We had Quincy cater our outdoor BBQ and everything was fantastic! All our guests raved about the food and what better way to feed so many people with no dishes!!! Thanks Smokey Peaks Quezine!

Quincy makes his own sauces for his quezine and it's what distinguishes his 'que from all the others. I'm waiting for him to make the sauces available for purchase straight from his truck!

Sure enough, Quincy got my message and even though he, Ekia and Alyssa had already cleaned up their workspace in the truck and turned off Square, when my husband and I turned drenched, but hopeful, Quincy did not disappoint!
